Placing an order

Browse the Life With Aroma Online catalogue to make your purchase. When you have selected the item you wish to order, enter the quantity you desire and click on “Order”. When your order contains the items and quantities you wish to purchase, click on the “Checkout” link underneath your order. You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment information. Please see below information on Payment Options available to you. Once you have successfully made your payment, your order will be processed online at earliest. We will ship your order to you at earliest. Please see below for information on our Shipping Policy.

Payment Options

Life With Aroma Online is set up to take immediate orders online through the following modes of payment:

a) Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa, and Mastercard Network
b) Visa Debit cards

From select banks in India. A full list is available at the time of Check Out and prior to making payments for purchases.

Please note that for Visa and Mastercard you will require submitting your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit Card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express Cards you will be required to give your 15 digit card number and 4 digit code

Product prices listed are current, however, these are subject to change without advance notice and at the discretion of seller of the goods.

All prices on this web site are processed in Indian National Rupees (INR).

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of shipping.

Our products are liable for VAT, duties, taxes, cess or by whatever name called as applicable in India for the time being in force on the products sold in or outside India.

All international shipping orders may attract local duties, taxes, cess or by whatever name called as applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay accordingly locally.

What is a CVV/CVC?

The Credit Verification Value or CVV or the Credit Validation Code or CVC is an important security feature that further reduces the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and is only found on the physical card itself. We ask you to enter the CVV/CVC code during your transaction to make sure that the card is, in fact, in your possession. The CVV/CVC is a 3 or 4 digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of your credit card in the signature area.

Out of stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause due to non-availability of out of stock items. If item ordered by you is out of stock we will contact you within 3 business days to discuss how you would like the order to be handled/changed/modified. Life With Aroma Online does not back order, that is, does accept orders which we cannot fulfill immediately.

Shipping Policy

Life With Aroma Online has taken reasonable care in appointing courier or handling agency for delivery of goods in good condition and within the predetermined time frame to the buyer of goods.

Purchases are shipped from our Factory premises or office in Kanpur Uttar Pradesh-INDIA by courier. Allow us the following time frame for delivery of goods from receipt of your order.

Mode of delivery – You will get the product by courier service.

Delivery for Prepaid Orders:

1. 3-10 working business days within India
2. 10-20 working business days outside India

Life With Aroma Online will not be responsible for any act of courier or handling agency as and when good are despatched from the premises of the seller.

Cash on Delivery Orders:

1. 7-14 Business days within India on the selected locations/cities mentioned on our web site.
2. All Order deliveries will be made between 11 am – 5 pm on Monday – Friday.
3. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Life With Aroma Online takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
4. Life With Aroma Online will not responsible for any act or acts causing damage to goods after they have been delivered by courier/postal agency.
5. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
6. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Returns and Refund Policy

It is Life With Aroma intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.To return any items, please contact Customer Service or by email sales@lifewitharoma.com.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition.

Postage/courier charges paid by the buyer of goods for delivery of goods will not be refunded under any circumstances.

A purchaser of goods shall be liable to pay the courier charges for returned goods.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Life WIth Aroma Online is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Please allow one to four weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within one week’s time.

If you paid through credit card /debit card /bank account, it may take another 3-5 day for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

We  Life with aroma is laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.
You can cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped.The customer can cancel his/her order with in 24 hrs. Please write to our email for cancellation sales@lifewitharoma.com.

Once an order has been shipped you cannot cancel it plus You cannot cancel an order once the products have been delivered to you.So it’s better for the customer to place the confirm order.

One cannot partially cancel his/her order.  You will have to cancel the complete order and place a new order.
As per company’s norms, one has to take delivery of all the products that had been ordered one cannot keep some products and return the remaining products.

If one gets delivery of wrong products, pls contact sales@lifewitharoma.com Life With Aroma will bear all the returning courier charges and replace the wrongly delivered products by the products ordered by the customer.

You should return the product in the same condition as it was received by you with intact product packaging, labels. We will be able to process the refund once the return shipment is received by us and verified.
